Suzy Kolber was born Suzanne Lisa Kolber in Philadelphia Pennsylvania on 14th May 1964. She was born to an Jewish family. Suzy Kolber is now in the 58th year of her age. She is the mother of Sandra Kolber and her father is Gene Kolber. Her school was Sandy Run Middle School, Dresher Pennsylvania. In 1982 she received her diploma from Upper Dublin High School. She later graduated from University of Miami in 1986. University of Miami in 1986 with the Bachelor of Arts degree in telecommunications. It was during this time that she became a sports director at Dynamic Cable in Coral Gables Florida while she was still an undergraduate college student. The position lasted two years from 1984 to 1986. She was also a part of the water ski team at The University of Miami. When she moved to New York City, Plaza studied at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and attended classes in improv at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. In 2006, she graduated with the degree of production of television and film. She suffered an aphasia at the age of 20, a condition that hinders her ability to communicate and comprehend language.
